Agencies and franchises
A leasing agent your clients can switch on.
For agencies that run marketing, websites or CRM for property managers, and for franchise networks with many offices: every client gets Nolan on its own number, with leads flowing into the systems you already run.
The problems it’s built for
Leads leak after your work is done
Your campaigns bring the inquiries. Then a missed call or a slow reply loses them, and the client blames the campaign.
Every office answers differently
Each office has its own phone habits, hours and follow-up, so renters get a different experience at every door.
Leasing isn’t your core service
Building and tuning a leasing bot for each client takes time you would rather spend on the work they pay you for.
How it fits an agency or a franchise
A workspace per client
Each client with its own number, listings, calendar and team, managed from one agency account.
Renters hear your client’s name
Nolan introduces itself as working for your client’s company, by name, on every call and text.
Leads into the CRM you run
Signed webhooks, Zapier and Make send each new lead and its conversation where you need it.
Reports per client
Time to first reply, showings and applications, per property, ready for your monthly report.
Agency plan
One agency login with a workspace per client. Each client pays the public price of its plan, Essential, Growth or Scale, as if it were alone, and all of them are on one invoice to your agency. No agency fee and no minimum number of clients.
White label comes with Scale, at no extra fee: your name, logo and colour on the app and team emails your clients see. Scale is $1,499 a month with 600 doors included, then $2 a door.
Questions from agencies and franchises
Can we sell it under our own name?
Yes. White label comes with Scale, with no separate fee. Your clients’ teams see your name, logo and colour in the app and in their team emails, and their unit pages carry no Nolan badge. Renters already hear your client’s company name, never ours. Nolan stays named where the law requires it, such as the privacy notice.
Does it connect to the CRM we run for clients?
Yes. Signed webhooks and the API send each new lead and its conversation to the CRM you run, HubSpot, LeadSimple and Follow Up Boss connect directly, and Zapier and Make connect through Nolan’s own apps.
How is it priced for agencies?
Each client at the public price of its plan, Essential, Growth or Scale, as if it were alone, all on one invoice to your agency. No agency fee, no pooled doors, and no minimum number of clients. White label comes with Scale. The same prices are on our pricing page.
