Listing emails answered in the same thread, from your own domain.
Most listing sites send inquiries by email. Nolan reads them and answers in the same thread, under your company’s name, without ever reading your mailbox.
What it does
A Nolan address for your listings
Forward your listing notifications to it, or put it on the listing itself. Nothing to install.
Reads each listing site’s email
It recognizes inquiries from Zillow, Apartments.com and Zumper, and picks out the renter and the unit.
Replies in the same thread
Many sites hide the renter’s address behind a relay. Nolan replies through it, so the answer arrives where the renter wrote.
Offers the units that fit
When the unit in the inquiry isn’t right for them, Nolan narrows your other units down and lists the ones that fit, with a link to each.
Sends from your own domain
Mail goes out from an address on your domain, signed with DKIM, aligned with SPF, after we check your DMARC record. Renters see your name, not ours.
Never reads your mailbox
You don’t give us access to your Gmail or Outlook. Only what you forward reaches Nolan.
Reminds before the showing
A reminder before each showing booked by email, in the same thread, sent only to renters who agreed to it. They can answer to confirm or cancel.
Set up in three steps
- 1
Forward your listing notifications
Add a forwarding rule in your mailbox, or put your Nolan address on your listings.
- 2
Verify your domain
Add the DNS records we show you. We check them and tell you when sending is ready.
- 3
Choose draft or send
Let Nolan reply on its own, or have it draft replies for your team.
What your team sees
One thread per renter
Emails sit with the same renter’s calls, texts and chats.
Where each lead came from
Every lead shows its listing site, so you can see which sites bring renters who visit.
Draft or send
Approve replies before they go, or let Nolan send.

Email questions
Do you need access to my Gmail or Outlook?
No. You forward listing emails, or put your Nolan address on the listing. We never ask to read your mailbox.
Why send from my own domain?
Renters see the company they wrote to, and mailbox providers check that a message is authenticated for the domain it claims to come from. Sending from your domain keeps the replies, and the reputation, yours.
What are DKIM, SPF and DMARC?
Three DNS records that show a message really comes from your domain. DKIM signs each message, SPF lists who may send for you, and DMARC tells mailbox providers what to do with mail that fails. We show you the records to add and check them for you.
Which listing sites will it read?
Zillow, Apartments.com and Zumper, plus a general reader for other sites. Tell us yours and we add a dedicated one.
Tell us which listing sites you use.
We build the readers customers ask for first. Name yours on the demo form.
