Is Nolan a ShowMojo alternative?

How much does ShowMojo cost?

On October 15, 2026, ShowMojo’s pricing page listed Pro from $1.30 and Ultra from $2.70 per unit per month on annual plans, or $50 and $110 per listing. Ultra adds people answering calls. The AI agent is an add-on with no published price, the outbound AI agent is $1.25 per lead it contacts, and devices cost $3.50 a month each on top.

Does ShowMojo’s AI answer phone calls?

Not on its pages. Mo, its AI Virtual Agent, works by web chat and text, and went from beta to all customers on May 28, 2026. Inbound calls go to people in its Live Answer call center on the Ultra plan. Its AI Outbound Voice Leasing Agent, launched September 8, 2026, places calls to leads who didn’t book.

Can I keep my MojoBox lockboxes if I use Nolan?

Nolan doesn’t sell or run lockboxes. It books the showing and sends the renter the details you set for that listing. Whether you can keep MojoBox devices without a ShowMojo plan is a question for ShowMojo.

PropertyTek, which says it owns both ShowMojo and Tenant Turner. The two share a headline, a pricing structure and the same MojoBox and MojoLock devices.

What does Nolan cost for 100 doors?

For 100 doors, it is the Essential package, at $99 a month on a yearly plan. It includes 25 doors, and each door past them is $4. Every package pools 5 voice minutes per door across your account. Texts, emails and chat are not metered. Extra voice is $0.20 a minute. There is no setup fee.
