This comparison is published by Nolan. Tenant Turner’s pages were checked on October 15, 2026. The cost figures below are multiplication examples from its published list prices, not quotes.
What does each one cost?
Tenant Turner’s pricing page lists annual Pro from $1.17 and Ultra from $2.43 per unit a month, or $42.50 and $98.50 per listing. Ultra adds Live Answer, people taking calls around the clock. The AI agent is an add-on with no published price.
| Portfolio | Pro, per month | Ultra, per month |
|---|---|---|
| 100 units | $117 | $243 |
| 200 units | $234 | $486 |
| 500 units | $585 | $1,215 |
Devices are a separate budget. MojoBox lockboxes start at $64 and MojoLock smart locks at $85, plus $3.50 a device a month, or $5 for another brand’s device. Twenty lockboxes come to at least $1,280 up front and $70 a month.
Tenant Turner’s pricing page states no currency. It says its phone and text features work in both the U.S. and Canada. Nolan’s Canadian prices are in Canadian dollars, and texting on a Canadian number needs no carrier registration.
Nolan sells no devices and has no setup fee. Its plans, the voice minutes they include and the rate after them are in the table above and on the pricing page.
How do the two workflows differ?
| Step | Tenant Turner | Nolan |
|---|---|---|
| Listing goes live | Sent to 20+ listing sites | Stays where you already list it |
| Renter calls | People answer on Ultra; the AI agent doesn’t take calls | Nolan answers on your number, day and night, in English or French |
| Renter texts or chats | The AI agent add-on, by web chat and text | Nolan replies by text, website chat and listing email |
| Questions and qualification | Prequalification before scheduling | Your approved questions, then your screening link |
| Showing | Self-tours with lockboxes, or the agent’s schedule | Booked into your Google Calendar; your access setup stays |
What should you test in a demo?
Call one of your listings after hours on the plan you would buy, and note who answers and what they can book. Text a question about one unit’s details and check the answer. Ask for the AI agent’s price in writing for your portfolio, and how a voucher holder schedules a self-tour, since its 2026 fair housing settlement covered that.
Which one fits your team?
Choose Tenant Turner when self-tours are the core of how you show units. Its lockboxes, Live Answer, listing fraud checks and two-way sync with AppFolio, Rent Manager and Rentvine cover work that Nolan does not do.
Choose Nolan when you want AI on the phone, not only on chat and text. It answers the calls, texts, chats and listing emails itself and books into your Google Calendar, next to your self-tour setup.
How should you read this comparison?
Descriptions come from Tenant Turner’s public pages and Nolan’s product inventory. They are not a performance benchmark, and a capability we could not confirm is not described as absent. Product names belong to their owners; Nolan is not affiliated with Tenant Turner.
