This comparison is published by Nolan. Leasey.AI’s pages were checked on October 19, 2026. Where its pages give different prices, each one is shown with the page it came from.

What does each one cost?

Leasey.AI’s pages give three different starting points. Its pricing page lists Starter from $299 a month and All Modules from $499 a month, with no currency stated. The same page says Leasey replaces the stack for $2.95 a unit. Its AI page says it starts at $1.47 a unit.

Portfolio At $1.47 a unit At $2.95 a unit Plan floor
100 units $147 $295 $299 Starter, $499 All Modules
200 units $294 $590 $299 Starter, $499 All Modules
500 units $735 $1,475 $299 Starter, $499 All Modules

These numbers can’t all be the price for the same plan. Ask Leasey for a written quote that names the plan, the per-unit rate and the currency. The AI phone agent, Facebook Marketplace automation and screening are listed in All Modules.

Leasey.AI has offices in Vancouver and Toronto, but its pricing page states no currency. Nolan’s Canadian prices are in Canadian dollars, and texting on a Canadian number needs no carrier registration.

Nolan publishes one price list. Its plans, the voice minutes they include and the rate after them are in the table above and on the pricing page.

What should you test in a demo?

Text the number on one of your own listings and see whether a person, an AI or nothing replies. Call with a question about one unit, then ask about a cheaper one, and check that the answer comes from your listings. Ask how Liza hands a call to your team, and ask for the same call in French. Its pages name no language for Liza, though its terms list Kangalou and Logis Québec.

Ask Leasey in writing how its Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist posting works with those sites’ rules on automated posting, and whose account the posts go out from.

Which one fits your team?

Choose Leasey.AI when you want one product from listing to signed lease: syndication to dozens of sites, rent comps, screening with biometric ID and bank data, and e-signing.

Choose Nolan when your listing, screening and lease tools already work and the gap is answering every renter fast, on every channel, at one published price.

How should you read this comparison?

Descriptions come from Leasey.AI’s public pages and Nolan’s product inventory. They are not a performance benchmark, and a capability we could not confirm is not described as absent. Product names belong to their owners; Nolan is not affiliated with Leasey.AI.
