Each new door adds the per-door rate, so your bill grows a little at a time. Past 100 doors you move to Growth, and past 500 to Scale. We tell you before the change.
Each door brings 5 call minutes a month, pooled across your portfolio. Past that, Nolan keeps answering at $0.28 a minute. Spam, robocalls and calls under 20 seconds never count.
$99 a month for each building with live ads, plus $149 once per building to design and launch its first ads. A building with no live ads that month costs nothing. Your ad budget is paid to Meta and Google from your own ad accounts, and we never mark it up.
Paying yearly gives you two months free. Monthly costs 20% more, and you can stop at the end of any month.
