Questions before you start.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. Forward calls from your number when you’re busy, after hours or all the time. Renters keep using the number they already know.

Does it speak French?

Yes. Nolan speaks Quebec French and English and switches languages whenever a caller does. Our French demo line is 438 839-3121.

What happens when Nolan doesn’t know an answer?

It says so, takes the question and passes it to your team. It never makes up a fee, a rule or a unit.

Is it safe under fair housing and human rights law?

Nolan was tested on 54 hard renter scenarios, about 400 conversations, including social assistance, income and disability questions. Accommodation requests go to your team.

How does the free trial work?

Sign up and call your Nolan free, before you add a card. When you’re ready, add a card to start your 14-day trial. Nothing is charged until day 15, and you can cancel from your account until then. Sales tax is added where it applies.

What does getting started involve?
