The short answer

How do you reduce rental showing no-shows?

Confirm every showing the day before and follow up with renters who go quiet. Nolan texts a reminder before each visit and asks the renter to confirm, asks how the visit went afterwards, invites happy renters to leave a review and, if you turn it on, offers new showing times to renters who haven’t booked.

Updated October 27, 2026

What it does

  • Reminds and confirms

The day before, by text, with a quick “Still on?”.

  • Asks how it went

A score from 1 to 5 after each visit, saved to the property report.

  • Asks for reviews

Renters who loved the visit get a link to review you.

  • Follows up until they book

Renters who went quiet get new showing times. You turn it on.

How does it work?

  1. A showing is booked

By Nolan or by your team. Either way, Nolan knows about it.

  2. Reminders go out

The day before, by text, asking the renter to confirm.

  3. Nolan follows up

After the visit for feedback, and later for anyone who hasn’t booked.

An example, start to finish One showing, before and after

  1. Wednesday, 6 p.m.

Nolan texts Jordan about Thursday’s showing at 2A and asks him to confirm. He does.

  2. Thursday, 6 p.m.

Your agent drives over knowing Jordan is coming.

  3. Thursday, 8 p.m.

Nolan asks how the visit went. Jordan gives it 5 out of 5 and is invited to leave a review.

  4. A week later

Another renter who never booked gets new showing times, because you turned follow-ups on.

What your team sees

Who confirmed, how each visit went and who got a nudge.

  • Confirmed showings

Who confirmed and who hasn’t, before your agent drives over.

  • Visit ratings

Feedback rolls into the property report for owners.

  • Follow-ups sent

Who got new showing times, and when.

Who it’s for

  • Agents who drive to showings where no one comes
  • Teams that lose renters who asked once and went quiet
  • Property managers who report showing activity to owners

What it doesn’t do

  • It doesn’t keep messaging renters who said stop.
  • It doesn’t follow up with renters who haven’t booked until you turn that on.
  • It doesn’t post reviews for anyone. Renters write their own.
